Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the goat cheese into 15 portions (make them more bite size) and roll into balls.
Place the balls on the baking sheet and freeze for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely crush the walnuts in a small bowl and then mix in the panko, finely chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.
Crack and mix the egg in a separate small bowl.
Coat the goat cheese balls in the egg. Then cover in the walnut and panko mixture. Place back on the baking sheet.
Bake the goat cheese balls for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
