This recipe is so simple because it really, for the most part, is just an assembly of food onto pita bread. The most “rigorous” thing about this entire concoction is the homemade Tzatziki sauce. And while you can easily just buy a premade Tzatziki sauce from the store, making this from scratch is so worth it.
I LOVE mediterranean cuisine. It’s always so light and refreshing but so satisfying and I never get sick of it.
